Dreams of Paradise

The island in the sky never seemed to be that beautiful to me.

Everyone prays to the gods, practically living in the temples, choosing abstinence instead of freedom and rigorous rituals instead of adventure. They believe the vague idea of eternity after death instead of enjoying the vibrance of reality.

I cling to the joys of life instead.
