Dark Arts

There’s an evil presence in my home,
In my home I’m all alone.
Gentle moonlight cannot kill the ghosts—
Kill the ghosts who search for hosts.

All of my defenses fall apart,
Fall apart; I have to start
Using any means to save myself,
Save myself… there on the shelf
Lies a Grimoire with ancient texts,
Ancient texts which Light rejects.
These dark arts drive off the spirit guests,
Spirit guests have failed their quest.

I await my judgement—these dark arts
Capture souls and poison hearts.
There’s an evil presence in my home…
In my home I’m all alone.
